About us

WElcome to WEconomize. WEconomize is an initiative centered on the research, teaching, consulting and implementation of Sharing Economy business models and complementary currencies in Israel.

We aim to help organizations and governmental bodies clearly understand what is driving the sharing economy (a.k.a. WEconomy), how to WEconomize services and products and what is happening across industries and sectors. We offer strategic guidance to investors, organizations and governmental bodies who wish to better understand business models, market conditions and tackle related challenges such as collaborative consumption, monetary requirements and regulation. We strive to develop integrated sharing economy solutions (Community collaborative Platforms - CCP) for municipalities and advance local businesses, entrepreneurs, increase resource efficiency and improve citizen quality of life.

Why WEconomize?

We are part of the Sharing Economy. We like to call it WEconomy, other may call it shared economy, some name it Peer to Peer economy, or collaborative economy. No matter. It’s here to stay. It's a new economic model where technological platforms enable people to transform from consumers to prosumers (producing consumers) and create, share, swap and rent goods as opposed to just owning them. This new economic revolution is changing many of the production, services and economic processes as we know them and will influence our social structure, just as the industrial revolution did in the 18th century. Using the logic and tools of sharing economy allows organizations, municipalities and governments establish a sustainable competitive advantage and utilize new resources and capabilities, owned by their communities (the crowd). Contact us for more information on how to tap into these resources.
